Educational Principles
Catholic School
As a Catholic school, the educational process is guided by the anthropological vision of the person, our task being to help form Christ in the lives of the students. Formation, therefore, is not limited to the learning of skills, competencies, or knowledge but aims toward an inner transformation by the work of the Holy Spirit, the architect of Christian formation.

Hence, the principle, goal, and driving force of formation is love. The educators are continuously renewed in the experience of being loved by God in order to become signs and instruments of the love that God has for each person they serve. This relational and loving experience drives and permeates all dimensions of the school's activity.

Integral Formation of Excellence
The formative process integrates harmoniously the dimensions and faculties of the person, as well as the relationship with God and with others. This integrative vision of formation extends to the whole of school life: all the educators and everything in the school seek to foster an integral formation.
Our motto, "Semper Altius" reflects the pursuit of excellence in the formative process, encouraging the continuous growth of students, taking into account the talents, limitations, history, and specific opportunities of each one of them.
Person-Centered Accompaniment
In Everest Academy, accompaniment is understood as close personal attention which seeks to help each student so that, through the action of grace and human collaboration, they will be able to respond to the questions and challenges they encounter in their personal journey of transformation into the person of Christ in accordance with their personal vocation. A unique and transcendent mission of the educator that requires an accompaniment similar to that of Jesus Christ.
Educational Community
We aspire to be an educational community that has healthy and safe formative environments in which formation is imparted through interpersonal relationships rooted in Jesus Christ and characterized by joy, charity, mutual respect, collaboration, and testimony. Likewise, we seek to live a spirituality of communion, where all those who are part of this community: families, students, alumni, and educators contribute to the school's mission with their testimony and unique role.

Formation of Apostles
Christian Leaders Integral formation offered at the school aspires to offer all students an experience of joy that stems from the encounter with Christ, leading them to become apostles willing to exercise responsibly Christian leadership, placing the talents they
have received at the service of others, to help the Church build the Kingdom of Christ, impact culture, and transform society.
