Apostolic Formation
We want to form people who follow Christ and are his apostles. This means understanding that Jesus calls them to be Christian leaders, serving others through works of mercy and charity.
Apostolic formation prepares students to live out their Christian faith through service and leadership, in alignment with the Regnum Christi mission to make Christ’s Kingdom present in the world.
This formation equips students to serve as Christian leaders and apostles in society, responding actively to the needs of the Church and humanity and contributing to the creation of a civilization of justice and love. Through everyday acts of service and organized apostolic initiatives, students bring to life the school’s daily morning prayer, offering Christ their hands, feet, eyes, and entire selves so that He may be present through them. In doing so, they encounter Christ more deeply, grow in his likeness, and share his love with others.
The apostolic formation at Everest Academy seeks to form students who:
-
Understand that Christ calls them to be his apostles and Christian leaders within their environments
-
Love their homeland and recognize their social responsibility
-
Identify the needs of others and respond through works of mercy and apostolic initiatives carried out with charity, humility, and responsibility, thereby collaborating with Christ in the extension of his Kingdom.
